Aditya’s earlier work spans strategy at Accenture, venture investing at Rukam Capital and corporate development at Noise. Across those roles, the recurring task was to decide with incomplete information, allocate resources and revise a judgment when the evidence changed.

At Waking Matter, those questions become systems to build and test. Public work includes Agent Memory Contracts, which makes the path from source evidence to trusted memory inspectable. The research programme asks how that retained state should affect later decisions.

We favour explicit state, inspectable decisions and experiments that can overturn an attractive idea. A record of past work earns its place only if it helps with what comes next.
