We explore systems that can preserve, inherit, and compound useful learning across agents, models, and time. The short form is the line we use everywhere else: building systems for cumulative intelligence.

That is a direction of work, not a catalogue of products, a roster, or a list of results. We will publish notes when we have something careful to say. We will not fill the silence with a team page, a customer list, or a simulated lab.

The public surface is this site — research questions, notes, an address — hello@wakingmatter.com — and whatever we actually write. If you are looking for a demo, a hiring page, or a claim of novelty, you will not find it here.

The traits we hold ourselves to are precision, depth, and composure. They are standards for how we think and write, not decorations for a brand that wants to look serious.
